is Sakura’s overprotective brother. He
seems to have one of those ‘only I can pick on her’ attitudes. He is an eleventh grader and very popular. He also works a lot of odd jobs.
As I mentioned before he picks on Sakura calling her names, but if anyone
else even looks at her sideways watch out! His best friend is Julian.
He doesn’t like Li at all. He’s
popular with girls because he’s smart and strong and talented, but he
doesn’t seem interested in dating. He
also possesses magic until he gives it to Yue in order to protect his sister and
his best friend. Overall he’s a pretty nice guy, except when he’s calling
Sakura ‘squirt’ or Li ‘brat’.

*The Japanese says that Tory and Julian are in their second year of high school. Japan is on the junior high system rather than the middle school system. This means that elementary runs K-6th, junior high runs 7th-9th, and high school runs 10th-12th, therefore, second year is 11th, not 10th. That is why some sites put Tory and Julian in 10th grade, they don't understand the system.
