Former Featured Couples
The feature couple for versions 1 and 2 was Kagome and Inuyasha from "Inuyasha". Mainly this was because I had just started watching the series. It was inspired by Kagome's question to Inuyasha, "Will you let me stay with you?" And he did. I thought that was so sweet. Kagome is so selfless sometimes. She loves him even if she knows she can't have him. And he really loves her too, he just doesn't feel free to love her... they're such loyal people.
Feature couple from version 3 was Kenshin and Kaoru from "Rurouni Kenshin". Those two are so absolutely clueless! They are both too reserved to ever get anywhere at all.
The feature couple for version 4, the Valentine's version, was Miroku and Sango from "Inuyasha". The main reason for this was that their picture was awesome... and I had already used a couples pic. on every section... I didn't want repeats... but Inuyasha had two great couples so I used them. Sango and Miroku are so great because they are so different in personality, but their lives are really very similar. Of course, if Miroku doesn't get his act together nothing is ever going to happen, but they're fun to watch ^_^ They are in complete denial, but even Inuyasha can tell they like one another.
The feature couple for layout 5 was Orphen and Cleao from "Orphen", simply because... I was in an Orphen kind of mood, and I thought they'd look good against a yellow background... I'm seriously going to need to either find or draw some decent couples pics before my next layout... I used all my old ones in the Valentine's layout... Anyway... Orphen and Cleao or hopeless. They constantly bicker and claim not to care about one another. I'm not sure Orphen really needs her, but... they're just so funny. As Childman said to Cleao, "You have the child of a wolven for a pet, you could be the lover of a sorcerer." But then, there's always Orphen's comment to Stephanie, "I could like her, but then she opens her mouth..."
