Volcan
Volcan is a troll who is indebted to Orphen, but he doesn't like it at all. He is greedy, selfish, scheming, mean, treacherous, and a whole host of other villainous things. But his younger brother, Dortin, tries to keep him from ruining his own life. Because of his debt, Volcan ends up posing as a kitchen servant at Cleao's mansion. He is supposed to tell Orphen when he can come steal the Sword of Baltanders, but all he does is laze around complaining while Dortin works. Volcan decides that they should take the sword for themselves, but Orphen isn't going to allow that. But since Orphen, Cleao, and Majic don't want to carry the heavy sword, and technically the troll brother's still work for Cleao... she hires them to carry the sword for her. However, Volcan and Dortin don't generally travel with Orphen, as Volcan hates him, and only reappear to cause trouble, or if they need help. Volcan seems to believe that life owes him something, and he has a right to do whatever he wants... he's just a brat...
