Ganon(dorf) - The villain in nearly ever Zelda game since the beginning of the series. He has been called both Ganon, and Ganondorf. According to Ocarina of Time Ganondorf is the sole male Gerudo (a group of thieves who live in the desert near Hyrule). Apparently a male is only born to them once every hundred years (which begs the question... where do little Gerudo thieves come from?). So Ganon is either very old or does a lot of time travel... both of which are entirely possible. I don't think anyone's ever told us what the life span of a Hylian is, or a Gerudo for that matter... Anyway... Ganon wants the entire Triforce and he generally threatens world annihilation, or the kidnapping of princess Zelda, to get it. He usually possesses the Triforce of Power. He is very strong, and very evil. He has been sealed away more than once, but somehow manages to escape every time...
