Actually, Sheik is Zelda in disguise.
In this form (taken on by magical transformation) Zelda is an
incredible fighter.
age- Zelda, presumably, does not take on the persona of Sheik until after Ganon takes possession of Hyrule. That would make her somewhere in her teens most likely.
