Zelda: TP  - Gamecube vs. the Wii

Round 1 continued...

"You know, if you’d have asked Midna she would have told you to watch out for those mirrors."

"How do I do that?"

"Point to the bottom right of your screen with the nunchuk and press ‘A’" The Wii-bie attempts this feat but forgets he has an arrow already notched and accidentally shoots himself in the foot.

"Aww shoot!"

"I think you need a potion now."

"Alright." Wii-bie attempts to maneuver the controls to reach the menu and somehow ends up drinking his own arrow. This costs him still more health. "I didn’t know you could do that…" "Argghhhh!"

Twenty five minutes later the Wii-bie has had it. He chucks the Wii-mote at his television screen. Miraculously the arrow hits the boss dead on! One hit KO! Unfortunately the Wii-bie has also managed to demolish his TV. An hour and a half later, after a trip to the local electronics store, our rather harried gamer is ready to resume the game.

Of course, by that time our Cubie, being the hardcore Gamer he is, is well into his second play through of the game.

Obviously it goes without saying that our Cubie had none of these problems. Our Cubie effortlessly navigated the menus and utilized Midna while simultaneously kicking enemy butt… because that’s just the sort of talented, hardcore gamer all Cubies are. Our Cubie could use the Gamecube controller in his sleep and still manage to run circles around the Wii-mote and its "natural" game play.
