Mrs. Higurashi is Kagome's mother.  She is kind and understanding, and extremely supportive.  She loves her children unconditionally.  She is always finding ways to help Kagome or make her happy.  She seems to take all the strange occurrences in stride, always smiling.  She can get very excited, and she even pets Inuyasha's ears at first.  But she gives wonderful advice and wants only for her children to be happy.  She's also a great cook and housekeeper.
