Azalie/Bloody August Azalie was a promising young student at the Tower of Fang, and the best friend of Orphen.  As a child she was orphaned, but she and Orphen ran away from the orphanage and were found by they sorcerer Childman who recognized their potential and took the to the sorcerers' school.  Azalie was very gifted and worked hard.  But she fell in love with her teacher, Childman.  When he rejected her she became obsessed with becoming stronger.  She took Orphen, now her apprentice (she is several years older than he is), to the ruins of Baltanders.  There she found a sword with strange runes.  Against the school's policy she began experimenting with the sword on he own and accidentally turned herself into a vicious dragon called the Bloody August.  The Bloody August is extremely brutal and violent.  Azalie herself has become very bitter and angry.  She attempts to destroy everyone connected with her past - even Orphen.  She even steals Childman's body and makes him into the Bloody August, and then attempts to kill him.  Mainly she is just hurt and angry, not truly evil.  But Azalie was never one to let others tell her what to do, and she was always a little too emotional.  But she was also Orphen's biggest supporter.  She is a tad on the manipulative side, and is very deceptive.
