Talent Communities: Fanfiction communities, artwork communities, in general these are free site on which you can host your fanworks and get feedback on them.
General Sites: Anything remotely anime related that doesn't fit in the other categories. Including "How to" sites, tutorial sites, graphic sites, TV summary sites, and the like.
