is loud, bossy, and stuck up. She
is the female member of the Team Rocket group determined to steal Pikachu.
She loves ordering others around and coming up with elaborate schemes,
but don’t expect her to do the manual labor.
She is very fashion conscious and considers herself extremely intelligent
and a great beauty. Occasionally
though, she is useful. I get the impression she’s misguided, not evil. Still,
stealing pokemon from hard working trainers is despicable. And Jesse has been
known to betray her own friends.
