Mr. Gous is a well known philanthropist. But actually he is a member of GRAVE and is bent on taking over the world... he also happens to be Count Zap's brother. But they don't get along... at all. In fact, Count Zap takes him down in the end, allowing Megaman to continue on trying to save net city. Mr. Gous has always idolized Mr. Wiley - he even made a talking statue of him... as Maddy discovered during the brief time she worked for him. Gous is crazy, and evil... his navi is Magnetman.
