Freezeman is the top lieutenant of GRAVE. He is a powerful and unfeeling navi who obeys Kid Grave's orders without question. He is in charge of the Virus beast, and he deleted Torchman. He was later destroyed by Heatman - a navi created by Mr. Famous using Torchman's data - while trying to stop Megaman. He belongs to Kid Grave.
