Juri is the replacement
announcer and referee for Koto at the dark tournament. Unlike
Koto,
Juri only cares about what is in the rule book - and
her own
safety. She doesn't seem to have particularly strong feelings about our
heroes one way or another. She's a bit of a ditz, and Koto hints
that she used to be the cocktail waitress for the committee.
