Koto is the first announcer and referee at the dark tournament.  Koto is kicked out because she cares too much about honor and the ‘spirit of the games’. At that point she becomes an in stand announcer.  Koto is far more devoted to her job then Juri is. When Juri runs in fear, Koto stays.  Koto loves violence and blood, but hates cheating and the beating of the unconscious (go figure).  She seems to like our heroes (especially a certain fox), though she tries not to.
