Yami
I do not believe that Yami is/was/will ever be evil. I don’t care what anyone says – I love him!!! And I realize that Y+Y is a popular pairing, but (my personal feelings about such things aside) let’s be serious. Yami is an ancient Pharaoh, with a very ancient concept of justice. Do you realize that 5000 years ago in Egypt that kind of thing would have earned you a slow, painful death? That just didn’t jive with any ancient system of beliefs (unless you were Greek of course – or possibly Roman in certain eras). I’m not saying it’s right, just saying that you can’t ignore history.
