Ishizu Ishtar is the holder of the Millennium necklace.  Ishizu considers it her place to set things in to motion.  She has utmost confidence in Yami.  She is good and wise ,but very serious and very troubled.  Her greatest care and concern is for her brother, whom she hopes to restore to the goodness she once saw in him.
