Bandit Keith is a cheater, a creep, a low life, scum, but sometimes you actually feel sorry for him - he's so easily used.  Keith is a pretty sorry duelist who thinks he should be better and the reason he isn't?  Well, he's not sure, but he is sure it isn't his fault.  He enjoys watching others squirm, has a major grudge against Pegasus, steals, lies ,and cheats.  And that about sums him up.  He's just your typical low life with a big mouth and a bad attitude.
